When you want to perk up your breast while your wearing a low cut blouse or outfit, all your doing is getting a contour blush brush and use a bronzer or a mauve color to brush a line right across your top breast. Make sure it is in a V shape and that you blend it in with a clean blush brush to set it. It will give it an illusion of perkier breast. 
AFTERIf you have brown skin, you can create this illusion by applying a powder that is one shade lighter than your regular setting powder. Any questions? Let me know:)
